*** FOR THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY PROMOTIONAL CODES, MEMBERSHIP SERVICES, VOUCHERS, AND OR GIFT CERTIFICATE: SWEETEST DAY (14-16), CHRISTMAS (21-26), VALENTINES DAY (10-14), AND MOTHERS DAY (12-16) OR IN THE SAME WEEK OF. ALL CLIENTS MUST BOOK APPOINTMENT(S) IN ADVANCE ONLINE OR CALL OUR OFFICE; CASH or CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY FOR THESE HOLIDAYS ***
2 hours advance notice after making your appointment is required (THE SAME DAY) when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 2 hours advance notice after making your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Any discounts given during your prior appointment will be NULL & VOID.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment the FULL value.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
As a one-time courtesy we do offer a re-book fee so one doesn't lose out on their services; For individual it's a $20 charge and couples a $25 charge; NO RE-BOOKS FOR NO SHOWS/NO CALLS.
After 90 days if your gift-certificate, gift card, pre-paid service, re-book and or service(s) has not been redeemed from the day of purchased it is considered expired, which means it can no longer be used; Only Memberships have no expiration date. If services were purchased through a third party entity one must follow their policy & procedures.
If you are misbehaving in a manor that is inappropriate towards your therapist your services will be ended immediately and you will be charged the full amount of your appointment (ALL SPECIALS WILL BE NULL & VOID) and or the authorities will be called. This is a CHRISTIAN FACILITY/SPA so act accordingly!
Denial of Service(s)
If you are sick or feeling sick, which means: coughing, sneezing, fever, runny nose, hives, rashes, and or any other contagious disease(s) that’s not mentioned above... your service(s) WILL BE DENIED. Please DO NOT SCHEDULE if you have symptoms!
There will be NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES.
